The I in TIPP stands for intense exercise.
The idea here is that when we're feeling extreme emotions or extreme amounts of stress, our body is actually quite revved up.
So in this way intense exercise can actually serve to kind of dispel some of the stress that you're experiencing, so that you feel calmer afterwards.
Now in an ideal universe, you're engaging in intense exercise by doing something for 30 minutes going out and running or going up and down, staircases, jumping up and down for long periods of time.
But actually, even if you can only do this for two to five minutes, hey, even if you can only do something for 30 seconds, that will likely have an effect of calming your body down once you're done.
